Scope: 25th Anniversary HQ | Stage 3 Design Pack

Crux was appointed to design a dynamic new London office for Intact Software, a fast-growing technology company celebrating its 25th year. The brief: create a bold, spirited space that reflects Intact’s playful brand and forward-thinking culture while supporting collaboration, gatherings, and focused work across a diverse team.

A key feature was the double-height “treehouse” meeting room perched above bleacher seating – a lively hub for town halls and informal connections. Brand colours, tactile materials, and expressive graphics reflected Intact’s energy and optimism. Crux delivered a complete Stage 3 design pack, coordinating across teams in London and Ireland to ensure a smooth transition into delivery.

This project helped Crux evolve its service model, highlighting the value of integrated early-stage engineering and delivery planning for technically ambitious spaces.
